We’re thrilled to welcome Odonata’s newest board member, Gail Reynolds-Adamson (AM), a proud descendant of the Wadjuri people and talented businesswoman.

Don Macleod

Board Director
With over 20 years of Board experience in the not-for-profit area, Don has an established career in banking and financial services working with the likes of NAB and Bank of Queensland.

Magnus Nilsson

Board Director
Magnus is the Marketing & Strategy Director AusWalk. He has extensive experience in marketing management and strategy development across various industries.

Marcus Godinho

Executive Director

Marcus brings incredible breadth of experience to Odonata, after his 17-year tenure as CEO of food rescue charity, FareShare. Marcus is integral to supporting Odonata to strategically scale.

Communications Director

Cassie is a born communicator with a thirst for knowledge and building a deeper connection with people, place and nature.

Georgia Randall

Program Ecologist 

Georgia conducts vegetation surveys, prepares offset reports, tracks predators, and oversees the translocation of native mammals across Odonata's sanctuary sites, driving meaningful conservation outcomes.

Naomi Carr

Conservation Facilitator

Naomi supports the volunteer program and leads on-ground work to restore biodiversity. Her dedication helps create a thriving habitat for the threatened species that call Mt Rothwell home.
