Environmental Strategist

The focus of Matt’s role at Odonata is to coordinate stakeholders, plan sanctuaries and lead the delivery of our sanctuary Mastermind program.

Matt has experience across the agriculture, urban solutions and not-for-profit sectors, and has a Bachelor of International Business and Master’s degree in International Urban and Environmental Management from RMIT University. In addition to his role at Odonata, he holds management positions at Tiverton Agriculture Impact Fund and Sharps Track Nature Advisory.

Matt’s strengths lie in making things happen, he has a talent for flexibility, thinking on his feet and can lead a team with confidence and ease. While coordinating our network of sanctuary landholders, his ability to take charge of dynamic situations has shone through and allowed him to play an important role in developing a strong and dynamic network of passionate sanctuary owners.
