KNOW MORE ABOUT
EAMON WALMSLEY
Director of Commercial Operations
Eamon has over 12 years’ experience in operations and marketing strategy in the not-for-profit, hospitality and events industries. He leads the Odonata team across some of our most high-profile and impactful projects spanning across the country, most notably at Melbourne Skyfarm, Mulligans Flat, Wyndham Harbour, Macadamia Castle and Mount Stromlo.
Before joining the Odonata team, Eamon worked in operations and business development roles at the City of Melbourne and V&H International, and prior to these positions he was the Operations Manager for the development of Hospitality One’s South Wharf Dining precinct. He is also the owner of the popular Seddon venue, Charles & Gamon. Eamon has a Bachelor of Business (Entrepreneurship) – Business Administration and Management from RMIT University.
With a talent for bringing projects to life, Eamon injects energy into his work and fosters successful relationships in each of his projects. His work as a Director at Melbourne Skyfarm has seen an un-used inner-city carpark and rooftop transformed into an urban oasis, not just delivering biodiversity solutions but existing as a physical representation of the importance of nature in the most metropolitan of settings.
Similarly, Eamon has led the project management of Wildbark at Mulligans Flat in Canberra, a project that will see the development of a national threatened species hub and a vast interstate expansion of the Odonata brand, at the renowned Mulligans Flat wildlife sanctuary. His ability to approach tasks with empathy and draw out the very best in people is what allows him to drive positive outcomes in every phase of a project and deliver meaningful results that reflect Odonata’s mission to inspire and generate change.
